Porcelain jewelry is very hard and durable but fragile, so it requires careful handling. The size and special backing of stud earrings minimize the risk of breakage upon impact. The larger and more intricate the jewelry, the higher the risk of breaking when hitting a hard surface. Porcelain rings should fit snugly to reduce the risk of damage.

What if my jewelry does break?

We value our service and customer satisfaction, so if your jewelry breaks, we offer a 40% discount on the purchase of another item from the same category (earrings, rings, etc.). Simply take a photo of the broken jewelry and send it to us, and we'll provide you with a discount code.

How should I care for the jewelry?
