Typically, our packages are delivered within 7 to 20 business days after placing an order. We strive to minimize the delivery time so that you can enjoy our jewelry as soon as possible.

4. Delivery Costs

We are pleased to offer free delivery for orders over $200. For orders below that amount, the delivery cost is only $10. This allows you to save on delivery while obtaining unique jewelry at a favorable price.

Warranty & Returns

Warranty Guide for Jewelry:

1. Porcelain Jewelry:

  • The warranty is valid for six month covering precious metal lustres and findings breakage.
  • In case of porcelain breakage, a 40% discount will be provided for a replacement jewelry from the same category upon submission of a photo of the broken piece.

2. Beaded Jewelry:

  • We offer a 6-month warranty on bead jewelry, excluding the metal parts, provided that you follow the care and wearing instructions. Please avoid wetting and applying perfume on beads, and your jewelry will bring joy for many years.

Returns & Exchanges

We strive to match your expectations from the desired jewelry.

Therefore, please reach out by email in case you'd like to change or return the ordered jewelry at support@milinjewelry.com or the "contact" form, please include purchase number.

We'll happily accept unworn and unaltered merchandise in sellable condition with original package for a full refund shipped out within 14 days of you receiving the item.
